01 / About

Building Performance That Lasts

Shane E. Newman

During 22 years in the United States Marine Corps, I have directed operations, logistics, workforce development, talent selection, and organizational change in high-pressure, highly regulated environments.

My work starts by locating the real constraint: people, process, structure, or decision rights. From there, I build the operating rhythm, standards, and leadership capability required to turn priorities into repeatable performance.

That approach has helped me direct organizations of up to 568 personnel, maintain accountability for $372 million in mission-critical assets, and replace an expected transportation plan with a validated alternative that avoided $700,000 in cost.

I am pursuing senior organizational effectiveness and operations roles where the mandate includes transformation, strategy execution, and leader development.

02 / Capabilities

How I Create Value

Organizational Effectiveness

Diagnosing why execution falls short and redesigning the systems, roles, and decision rights that govern performance.

Strategy Execution

Turning ambiguous priorities into clear decisions, ownership, resources, measures, and operating cadence.

Process Improvement

Simplifying workflows, reducing friction, and installing controls that sustain measurable gains.

Leadership & Workforce Development

Building selection, coaching, and accountability systems that strengthen capability at scale.

Evidence of the Approach

Three examples show the pattern: challenge the expected answer, locate the real constraint, and build a solution others can sustain.
